Chocolate Chunk Cookies :0)

So I’ve been in the mood for crazy amounts of chocolate lately… whether it’s a chocolate protein shake or chocolate as in real chocolate… so I decided to make one of my favorite healthy treats.. chocolate chunk cookies.. yes, you heard me.. healthy! And no one will suspect otherwise. 


Dark Chocolate Chunk Protein Cookies
All Natural Dark Chocolate Chunk Protein Cookies
Sugar Free, Dairy free, Gluten free and Vegan! 

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups cooked garbanzo beans 
1 tsp vanilla extract 
3 oz unsweetened dark chocolate Chunks 
1/2 cup almond butter 
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk 
1 tsp baking powder

Directions:
Boil, Drain & wash Garbanzo beans. 
Add all ingredients into a blender (except chocolate) blend till smooth. 
Stir in chocolate chunks 
Drop dough by tablespoons on an un-greased cookie sheet. 
Bake 400 for 15 mins
*Garbanzo Beans are a natural source of protein 🙂
