Breakfast

The latest from my kitchen

Happy Sunday morning!

Since my competition ended I have tried really hard to focus on eating healthy with an occasional treat here and there.I have read all types of articles on how you can gain tons of weight through binges and eating bad and obviously I do NOT want that 😉 I have stuck primarily to chicken, beef, fish, and veggies with some good carbs such as sweet potatoes and my beloved oats.. but this morning I was really craving breakfast so I decided along with my pumpkin spice coffee creamer I’d make some Pumpkin Spice French toast. Try it and let me know what you think.

Pumpkin Spice French Toast (Gluten Free)

  • Vermont sugar free syrup or any brand of your choice
