Chocolate Baked Oats (Brownie)

Ingredients

  • 2 Cup Oats
  • 2 Cups Almond Milk
  • 1/2 Cup all natural Peanut Butter
  • 1 Tablespoon Flax Seed (you can substitute 1 egg as well)
  • 1/4 Cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1/3 Cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/3 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F, get out a small baking dish and grease it well.
  2. In a bowl, combine together all of the wet ingredients and mix well.
  3. Next mix in the dry ingredients except chocolate chips, and mix until smooth.
  4. Stir some of the chocolate chips through the batter and move to the baking dish.
  5. Top with the rest of the chocolate chips and place in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until cooked through.
  6. Remove from the oven, top with any optional extra toppings and enjoy.
