A little about me..

My name is Linda and I’m so excited that you have taken time out of your day to visit my page! I have a passion for cooking, a love of teaching, a weakness for fashion, and a desire to learn as much as I can about being healthy and fit (strong)!

My purpose for creating this blog was pretty simple- Between working full time, finishing up 2 Master Degrees, completing my internship, and balancing friends and family, I wanted a place where I could keep myself in check and see the progress I have made. For me this blog is a place where I can take the yummy recipes I love and make them clean & healthy. Also I wanted to have a place to keep track of what I’ve learned and experienced all while trying to live a happy & healthy lifestyle.

Since I started this blog things have changed drastically. I trained for fitness competitions, married a wonderful man, and became a mommy (twice). I still focus on eating well and exercise, however now a days it’s a little more challenging while wrangling the crew. I am excited to share my progress and my passion for fitness, nutrition, and living a balanced lifestyle with you all and while I’m doing so I would love to be able to inspire a few people on their journey by sharing some of my experiences and ideas! I will try to include healthy recipes (Usually 10 ingredients or less), lifestyle tips, parenting tricks, and maybe a few laughs along the way :0)
My food philosophy is to use as little ingredients as possible, eating well doesn’t have to be boring. I’m a big believer in wholesome natural foods with no preservatives. My recipes include clean, gluten free, low carb, and as little sugar as possible.
